I like to work with “R” (with the different chemometrics packages) and compare the results with other software’s, like in this case Win ISI.
Win ISI has a demo file, acquired in an instrument with a wavelength range from 400-2498 nm.
Spectra can be exported from Win ISI and imported into “R” with “read.table”, for example.
Data frame is generated and the raw spectra are ready to run Chemometrics.
